Popular live receptionist agency Abby Connect announced several new services and features including free additional extended hours, a new beta application, and two-way texting with their receptionists.

Expanded services took effect on September 1, 2018 and will include:
Extended Hours: Extended phone answering hours can be added for free with all packages, instead of being an extra add-on item. Abby’s extended hours will now include Monday – Friday 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. PST and Saturday – Sunday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST in order to better assist clients in all time-zones with having phone answering coverage throughout their entire work days, including weekends.
New iPhone and Android App: The app will allow customers to view their new Dashboard and Account Summary, check their real-time messages and call logs, update their contacts or alerts, and change other settings. The app will allow customers the freedom to make changes from their phone while out at meetings or on the run to an appointment.
Other new features include unlimited user accounts, two-way texting with your receptionist group, and custom transfer tunes. In the Abby Connect Portal, upgrades include a robust dashboard and a new area for all your messages.
All packages will still include guaranteed live answering, bilingual virtual receptionists, voicemail to email or text, dedicated account manager, dedicated receptionist team, real-time call reports with alerts, unlimited talk time after transfer, unlimited voicemail boxes, and unlimited voicemail time.
