The Metro Nashville Airport Authority Invites Community Feedback On…

The Metro Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) has contracted with Griffin & Strong, P.C. (GSPC) to conduct a comprehensive Disparity Study to review MNAA contracting policies and procedures, measure business availability and the utilization of Small, Minority- and Women-owned Business Enterprises (collectively SMWBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), and Airport Concessions DBEs (ACDBE) in MNAA contracting.

GSPC and MNAA encourages the participation of community members, business owners, advocates and local organizations to come hear about the study, how to be involved and how their input can assist MNAA in promoting equity through contracting. This will help ensure that all sectors of the business community are represented in its future spending.

The event will be held on the following:

Tuesday, February 12th 2019
from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Nashville Public Library – Donelson Branch
2315 Lebanon Pike, Nashville, TN 37214

Griffin & Strong will facilitate and provide information about ways businesses can be engaged in the study process. For interested parties, please register via Eventbrite at https://mnaadisparitystudyinformationalmtg.eventbrite.com. Registration is encouraged but not required for entry.

For questions or concerns, please email Griffin & Strong Deputy Project Manager, Sterling Johnson, at MNAAStudy(at)gspclaw(dot)com or visit http://gspclaw.com. Please note all comments during the meeting may be recorded and potentially used in the studies.
