New York, NY (Law Firm Newswire) January 28, 2013 – The Diefenbacher Law Firm, a New York-based practice of international reach, has launched its website and is pleased to offer this new interface to interact with current and future clients. "We are ramping up our Internet and social networking presence, especially on Twitter, to keep visitors up-to-date on legal trends that are affecting them" says Nicolas Diefenbacher, the firm's President and Chief Counsel. "This new website is a crucial part of this effort."
Mr. Diefenbacher earned a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School in 2008 where he was Board Member of the Journal of Transnational Law (2006-2007). Mr. Diefenbacher also holds a Master's degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Paris La Sorbonne, and he is a graduate of the Institute of Political Sciences of Paris (class of 2003). Many of his clients are entrepreneurs who are competing in the New York market and the international arena. He is fluent in French.
In 2013, The Diefenbacher Law Firm will focus on three fast-evolving areas of expertise: immigration, European investment in the United States (including in New York real estate) and the representation of French nationals in New York courts - with a strong emphasis on privacy protection issues in the context of US-based discovery.
