HOPKINTON, Mass. (PRWEB) November 13, 2019
PrismHR, the leading HR technology software powering payroll, benefits and HR for small- and medium-sized businesses across the U.S., today announced the integration of The Work Number® service, from Equifax, within the PrismHR platform. The integration permits access to the industry-leading, centralized repository of employment and income information in the U.S. to PrismHR HR outsourcing partners.
PrismHR HRO partners and their small business customers can now use The Work Number service to securely and instantly deliver employment and income verifications to lenders and government agencies, reducing workload and risk of fraud and inaccuracy for service providers and increasing response time for inquiries on behalf of employees.
Verifications for employment and income status can be triggered by a variety of employee transactions, including home purchasing and refinancing, renting a property, buying a car, applying for a loan or credit or applying for government benefits.
“Our new partnership with Equifax reduces the workload and risk for HR service providers and improves opportunities for credit and government benefits for employees,” said Tim Pratte, Vice President of Customer Success at PrismHR. “We’re thrilled to be partnering with an industry leader like Equifax and to offer The Work Number to our HRO partners.”
“We are delighted to connect PrismHR customers to the benefits that The Work Number brings to the HRO marketplace,” said Joe Muchnick, SVP of Alliances for Equifax. “Having real-time access to current employment and income data not only helps small and medium businesses stay focused on growth, it can help speed up credit and benefit decisions for their employee consumers.”
The Work Number from Equifax is available to all PrismHR HRO partners through PrismHR Marketplace. The service is able to automatically respond to employment and income verification requests directly by using payroll information already managed by the PrismHR platform.
