The TSC will be a single function within the legal department and will be responsible for the end-to-end handling of customer, expenditure, licensing and author agreements currently handled by various teams.
Working closely with Pearson senior vice president & associate general counsel technology, strategy, & shared services Robert A. Mignanelli, Morae Global professionals will function as a partner in providing the necessary expertise and technology to successfully implement and operate the TSC. Pearson rolled out its initial migration phase in Aug. 2018, with the TSC to be fully operational by Q1 2019.
