Every year, Franchise Business Review surveys franchise owners in order to measure the health of a franchise network. The Franchise Business Review surveyed more than 28,000 franchise owners from 307 brands and measured training and support, franchise operation, leadership, core values, franchise community, operator self-assessment, financial performance and general satisfaction.
