Greenberg Traurig’s Reginald Sainvil Selected for The Florida Bar…

Reginald Sainvil, an associate in the Miami office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A., has been selected as a member of the 2020-2022 Class of The Florida Bar Business Law Section’s (BLS) Fellowship Program.

The fellowship program is designed to assist a diverse and inclusive group of lawyers in becoming better leaders within the legal profession and the BLS by providing them opportunities to develop and enhance leadership skills, network and build relationships with state bar leaders and attorneys, and work closely with leading attorneys in the Business Law field, according to the program website. Each year, eight participants are selected from applications submitted to the Inclusion, Mentoring & Fellowship Committee of the BLS.

“I am honored to have been selected for a two-year term as part of The Florida Bar Business Law Section’s Fellowship Program,” Sainvil said. “I look forward to making the most of all of the opportunities this fellowship provides with the goal of becoming a leader within the industry.”

Sainvil is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice. He represents corporate debtors, indenture trustees, financial institutions, and secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy cases and non-judicial restructurings. He has broad advisory and litigation experience with complex issues that arise in reorganizations, restructurings, receiverships, workouts, liquidations, and distressed acquisitions and sales, in both domestic and cross-border situations and proceedings.
