Encore Energy, Inc., through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Encore Operating Kentucky LLC, announced today that the Company is making potential plans to market and divest of certain production and lease assets in South Central Kentucky. “Although we continue to operate our properties and drill select well location(s) in Warren County, our objective is increasingly becoming the development of larger and more capital intensive horizontal well projects in Eastern Kentucky”, said Steve Stengell, Encore’s President and CEO. “Our business model for South Central Kentucky has always included an exit plan, if the right deal can be made”, added Stengell.
