“Our tight integration with these industry leading PSA platforms allows our products and services to support our MSP partners’ existing workflows. Whether it’s dark web analytics or phishing notifications, these tickets will be routed according to the rules they've set up.
MORRISTOWN, N.J. (PRWEB) June 18, 2019
Breach Secure Now! (BSN), a comprehensive data security platform, will now offer MSP partners enhanced Professional Service Automation (PSA) capabilities through integration with Autotask and ConnectWise Manage.
BSN, which incorporates dark web analytics, employee security training, and security risk assessment, will seamlessly integrate its SMB Security as a Service platform with Autotask or ConnectWise Manage for easier, automated ticket management.
Art Gross, CEO of Breach Secure Now!, will announce the Autotask Integration before 2,000 MSP attendees at DattoCon19 taking place in San Diego, CA., June 17 to June 19. MSPs can stop by BSN’s booth #29 for a demo of the new integration capabilities.
“Our tight integration with these industry leading PSA platforms allows our products and services to support our MSP partners’ existing workflows,” Gross said. “Whether it’s dark web analytics, phishing notifications, onboarding or billing information, these tickets will be routed according to the rules set by each MSP. The process will now be fully automated.”
Gross points out the new partnership will circumvent problems with e-mail notifications. “One of our goals in joining forces with Autotask and ConnectWise Manage was to prevent MSPs from losing track of important email messages that can sometimes be shuffled to the bottom of an already crowded in-box,” Gross said.
Previously, BSN used live email notifications to alert MSPs of security issues, such as when a client’s domain has been identified on the dark web. Now, through integration with Autotask and ConnectWise Manage, MSPs can categorize and customize ticket routing to shorten ticket management time, simplify prioritization, and stay up to date on the status of each and every one of their clients, without cluttering their mailbox.
In addition to the initial integration, BSN will add new tools, customizable for specific MSP workflows. MSPs can establish prioritization and routing rules, minimizing unnecessary emails for specific groups. For example, staff members in finance will not receive a dark web breach notification, but they will get billing notifications.
Al Lowenstein, BSN’s Chief Technology Officer, underscores the company’s commitment to meeting the needs of MSP partners.
“We are an open, agnostic vendor and by integrating with these PSA platforms we can stay independent across all tools and platforms,” Lowenstein said. “We know our partners rely on PSAs to automate many of their tasks and we want to help them automate even more. Whatever our MSPs have as their platform of choice, we’ll be there to integrate with it.”
